Awesome Coffee Morning

In any new job there are always a lot of firsts in the early days.  This week was my first coffee morning as the pastor.  I've come along to a couple before to see what was going on but today's was my first as pastor.

If you dont know about the coffee morning it runs on Thursday morning's from 9:30 to 11:30 and is held in the church hall.  It is as the name suggests a chance to have a coffee and cake!  There are people around if you want to chat and piece and quiet if that what's you need!  It's a great place to bring the kids as there are plenty of toys.

I think the coffee morning is going to be one of the highlights of my week.  And not because of the cakes!!!! but because it's a chance for me to meet people from Calne and get to know the community better.  So do pop in if you need a cuppa!
